Understanding the basic differences in our Personality hardwiring gives us an amazing key to understanding the people puzzle…

This training is essential if you want to:

  • improve communication with your child(ren), partner/spouse
  • manage change more effectively and equip your child(ren) to do the same
  • handle conflict productively and give your child(ren) the same skills
  • reduce stress and help your children do the same
  • strengthen your relationships within your family, among friends and at work

Understanding what makes people ‘tick’ can be a painful process, more often than not learning from our mistakes! Being a parent can bring that into even sharper focus. Parenting is never easy and at times it’s downright hard, but it doesn’t have to be a battleground! People are different, and the good news is they’re different in predictable ways and that gives you the edge!

Having a better understanding of yourself and your child(ren), knowing what motivates and scares you, what your strengths and weaknesses are, where you excel and where you struggle, helps you to strengthen your interpersonal skills, as well as your relationships.

Benefits for you and your child(ren):

  • Motivating and supporting yourself and your child(ren)
  • Navigating changing schools or moving home
  • Supporting personal organisation/time-management/life balance
  • Handling Stress and supporting Mental Wellbeing
  • Dealing with Communication, Change, and Conflict at school and home
  • Nurturing and supporting positive relationships
  • Supporting Transition to GCSE/A Level/University/Apprenticeships/Employment

DISC& Coaching

The DISC personality model provides you with powerful insights into people’s characteristic ways of behaving, patterns of thinking, as well as their underlying motivators and fears. It provides you with tools to modify your behaviour to manage your relationships and challenges more effectively by increasing your ability to positively influence the thinking and actions of others.

An accredited Trainer and Coach with 25 years of experience, David McCormick works with organisations, schools and individuals in one to ones and workshops to transform relationships between parents, children, staff and managers, teachers and students.

Praise for David’s work:

What some of my training clients have said:

“The (DISC) workshop did not disappoint! The Trainer had a professional, yet warm style of presentation which ensured everyone felt immediately at ease. This enabled frank discussions around our own personality traits and how these relate to our Leadership style. The impact was immediate, in that we very quickly gelled as a team because we understood each other and, in particular, why we are the way we are!” Sandie Holmes, Headteacher

“I have known David and his work for many years. He is passionate about developing people and, recognising that we are all different and respond in different ways, has developed his own skills to give him an extensive toolbox to help others.”

Tony Hill, Independent Public Health Consultant & Strategist

“David is an excellent trainer and sets clear goals which illuminate and encourage those who are searching for self-understanding. Definitely to be recommended.”
